The idea of natural language interfaces is simple: provide non-technical users access to query the database directly without other persons in between. There is a lot of research going on, and some great tools come out of it. But we are not there yet, to have one solution which solves all our issues.
If you wonder why someone else is mentioned as author, I wonder that too... I think it is because they removed me from the system?
